With the new wheels, my chair rolls like new, maybe even better. I have vinyl flooring not carpet which also helps.
I've had my chair for about 9 years. The old wheels spun freely when I'd lift the chair and spin them by hand. But the wheels seemed to drag when I was sitting in the chair. Finally one wheel broke forcing my hand.

We love the chair and have had it for 4-5 years. The wheels were broken. So we found this website and ordered the wheel from there. Now we have a brand new chair:)

I knew my original equipment wheels had run their useful life, but I had no idea they were as bad as they were until I replaced them with the Ergohuman casters. Wow! What a nice difference. It's like getting a new set of tires for your vehicle. You just know you're riding on better quality.

My chair needed new wheels, these were perfect replacement. Chair glides around like when it was brand new. Needed to replace one that was broken, Happy I bought 5 after closer inspection of my old ones they all went in the trash. Easy to change out and great to have a "new"chair again.

The replacement wheels have a slightly different design from the ones that were originally on the chair. I only replaced one so far, and it functions identically. You'd have to look very closely to notice the different design, so there's no issue with that.

After 12 years of everyday use, the caster wheels wore out. The replacements were readily found on the web site, shipped promptly and were a breeze to install.

It took almost 8 years to wear out the casters on my Ergohuman V2 and I am a full load on that chair. The replacements arrived on time and fit perfectly. The chair glides like new now and I'm expecting another 8 years of great seating!
