To start out, I am 6' 4" tall. This chair is very comfortable. The lumbar support is a little too low for me. Also the headrest does not extend high enough and is too easily pushed down by resting my head on it. Again great chair and build quality seems good just wish it was better for tall people.

I was suffering back pains with my older (cheaper) chair. That problem disappeared. It appears to be very heavy and well made.

I have spent much of my days for the last 18 years at a computer desk imputing and reviewing data. During the past year, I've had increasing neck and shoulder pain and was diagnosed with reverse neck curvature and shoulder misalignment.
Although I've worked with a therapist to work toward correcting the misalignment, I knew that my desk chair was contributing to my pain. After an extensive online search and customer review, I selected the Ergohuman Chair LEM4ERG.
The order process was simple and shipment was quick. My chair delivered quickly, was packaged well, and was simple to put together. I found my chair easy to adjust, and OH SO COMFORTABLE! My neck and shoulders are not as fatigued at the end of the day. I'm excited to continue to work toward better back health and am sure that my Ergohuman Chair will help aide in continued improvement.

I have a home office and work 8 hours a day sitting at my computer desk. Recently I was diagnosed with herniated discs in my neck and back. I decided to make some ergonomic changes and invest in a new adjustable desk, keyboard tray and chair. I read many reviews of different chairs and decided to buy the V1. I picked this one because I read a few reviews left by people who spent long hours sitting at their desk and how the chair was comfortable. I wish I would have purchased the V2 because I am only 5'2" and the V1 is a little too wide but it still is wonderful. I wake up stiff in the morning and when I sit in my new chair, the back support helps to alleviate some of the stiffness. It could not be easier to adjust. I had tried the Aeron chair and found it too confusing to adjust. Also, the price was ridiculous. The seat is a little firm but I would rather have the support then not. I also love that the chair has a head rest. I have wasted so much money over the years on worthless computer chairs, only to give them away. I wish that I would have seen this chair sooner.

I am recovering from an emergency back surgery, and needed a good chair. On a friends recommendation I went ahead an ordered this chair. Being 6'8" most chairs just do not fit me, this one does, it is the most comfortable chair I've ever owned, it's been a blessing to be able to sit and work again. Super easy to assemble, took 15 minutes. The construction is very solid, however the casters are of subpar quality compared to the rest of the chair being an injection molded plastic. Everything else is VERY solid and of great quality.
My only real complaint is shipping. It took several days from the time of order until the package was in the hands of UPS.

After searching the web and reading reviews for hours and hours, I believe I have found the perfect chair. I am 6'3' and finding a chair that was adjustable and providing good support has been difficult. This has to be the best value out there, extremely comfortable providing good support well worth the money.

The level of comfort and amount of adjustment is excellent. I would certainly recommend it, the slightly high price is worth. Plus the warranty is great.
In regards to me taking 1 star away there are few negative things that are minor. I wish the armrests were padded with leather and if they were longer that would have been better for me. In addition the seat cushion is a little on the firm side. I guess compared to all the other chairs I have used throughout my life. Keep in mind what I am saying are MINOR complaints I still highly recommend buying this chair.

As others have noted, this is a really, really good chair. The quality of the build, the amount and types of adjustments you can make are fantastic.
I would only have one minor complain with it. The head rest can be both extended and pivoted for comfort. However, I'm 6'4" and even at the full extension and pivoted back as far as it will go, the back of my head partially rests on the metal framing of the head rest and not the actual mesh, which is slightly uncomrfortable. If the head rest either extended another inch or so, or pivoted backwards another notch or 2 it would be absolutely perfect.
Other than that I love this chair and don't foresee having to purchase another one or another type for a long long time.
